Tutorial suggestions

I’ve broken down my tutorial comments by roughly what section they’re part of.

Search/Identification

• It might be helpful to start off with the clicking the import button and going over the various options for importing studies rather than going straight to PubMed. Explain that the PubMed option requires a list of PMIDs and then explain how Dr. Lytical gets them
• Mentions neurostore out of the blue after pubmed section
  • Explain what neuorstore is in the import options section
• Explain how to promote to the next section and adding pictures of the screen may help the user move on to the next section

Screening

• Direct the user to click on the “Screening” button or click on a study to view and promote it to the next section
• Add picture(s) of what the screening page looks like

Eligibility

• No quotes around “what are my eligibility criteria!” In eligibility section, replace ! with ?
• Not clear as to whether Dr. Lytical wrote the criteria or the system auto-generated it for her

Inclusion/Ingestion

• Direct the user to click the “Move to Extraction Phase” button
• Make more clear that you are looking for a pre-existing version of the study in the database, and if there is no match the system will add it to the database
• Maybe explain that there are options for different annotation types (boolean, string, number)

Extraction

• I think it would be helpful to break down how to annotate and find the coordinates and such on the site, the pictures are helpful but an explanation with them would be nice
• Explain how to navigate to the meta-analysis step when you’re done

Meta-Analysis

• “Interpreting the Results” is not capitalized

And Figure 26 implies that Dr. Lytical selected analyses using the "activations" column, but the last paragraph of "Interpreting the Results" suggests she included all the analyses.
