Description
A few (mostly minor) things I noticed while going through the tutorial:
- Fig. 12 (and paragraph before) refers to "neurostore" ... should say "neurosynth compose", right?
- related: the import studies option on neurosynth compose refers to neurostore
- after importing studies, the tutorial does not mention tags and their role in the filter option. It might be useful to explain the use of exclusion tags, default tags, etc.
- after importing studies: the identification stage has the option to promote all uncategorised studies ... should screening and eligibility stages also have a similar button?
- the categorisation when going through identification, screening, etc. is not quite clear ... e.g. studies that are tagged with "Needs review" are still treated as "uncategorized" when clicking on the "promote all uncategorized studies" button
- related: studies that are tagged with "Needs review" are highlighted in the studies view but not on the overview board ... it might be useful to highlight these studies on the panel view as well
- the tutorial does not mention the option to download a prisma diagram
- the tutorial doesn't mention the Neurovault collection link once a meta-analysis has been run
- under learning goals at the very start of the tutorial: point 8 (displaying meta-analytic images) and point 10 (considerations for follow-up analyses) are not covered in the tutorial
- tutorial glossary: "annotations" in text should link to the "annotation" entry in the glossary
