show snackbar when items are set as duplicates after NON PRISMA import

Currently, the PRISMA workflow makes it pretty clear when duplicates are detected – the identification UI is basically designed for that purpose.

However, users that are not doing PRISMA are not notified after import that some of their items have automatically been classified as duplicate.

Maybe we can add a button to the snackbar "review duplicates" which leads the user to the duplicates page
