Subscribe to searches (notified of new relevant papers)

Random idea: what is we allowed users to "subscribe' to searches and get notified when new papers meet their search criteria
Esp. with ai search on pre extracted info

What we need:
Associate search terms/extracted data filters applied to studysets (perhaps keep track of this info in the provenance dictionary)

Upon update of the database, see if any projects would be impacted by that update (apply filters from every project to the new studies that have been added to the database to see if they pass that filter).
