PowerWalker VI 1000 GXB IEC supported by nutdrv_qx

I can confirm that PowerWalker VI 1000 GXB IEC (https://powerwalker.com/product/10121183/) is supported by using the nutdrv_qx driver.

I am using Nutify's docker image which seems to use NUT 2.8.3.
