Add a timeout parameter for requests #6

@RunDevelopment

Description

@RunDevelopment

Right now, Netspeak will try to be as fast as possible and may return fewer phrases than requested as a result. This is ok because the current main usage of Netspeak is the web interface but others may be willing to wait longer for a complete result set.

Add a timeout parameter to determine how much time the Netspeak server may take to process the request. This can be used to get complete result sets or faster responses in time-critical applications.
