GitHub downloads are disappearing...

Sadly, GitHub are doing away with their support for binary downloads:

https://github.com/blog/1302-goodbye-uploads

• Check that this doesn't affect update checker.
• Find another place to host CI-Eye binaries.
• Update the code on the CI-Eye website that counts downloads to date.
