Continue Freezing while using CP

I'm getting continue freezing while using CP. It will freeze for about 5 to 15 seconds every 2 or 3 minutes. This does not happen if I remove CP as mode for the play.

as of the last update CP is freezing the game. I had to completely sign out of windows to unfreeze.
