Due to popular request, this is what I'm running for my reference 5700. It's not fully tuned, and the majority of the work is the attempt to stabilise odd crashes and higher memory frequencies.

Newer attempt; tightened timings. Defaulting to 1850MHz memory; 1900 could still be possible. Voltages can likely be lowered, slopes raised; timings are not to-the-tick; full EDC could be put back; I'm unsure how much my vram mode register tuning matters.

This custom vBIOS removes the IMC dependency and ensures a stable VRAM frequency determined purely by the memory chip’s quality. It has been extensively tested for over three months using Samsung GDDR6 memory on the RX 5700 XT, with zero errors detected.

Two vBIOS versions are included:

Standard Version — Designed to reach up to 1900 MHz VRAM without issues on both Micron and Samsung memory chips.

Extended Version — Allows memory frequencies up to 2000 MHz, depending on the capability of your memory chips.

Testing Summary:
Each vBIOS was tested on multiple high-performance 8 GB cards under heavy gaming workloads, including AAA titles, while streaming live on Twitch. Various rendering and stress tests were also conducted to ensure long-term stability.

Notes:
If you encounter artifacts when pushing higher memory frequencies, try fine-tuning the mVDD or VDDCI voltages.

For Micron memory, an mVDD of 1350 mV may be required for full stability.

@lazye53 As soon as I can I will check it out. I have samsung modules on my Dell G5 SE 5505 with 5600M currently.

@netblock Any revelations on the RDNA front for BIOS modding? What have you found to work the best?

I have not been actually modding much recently, as I've been working on the editor any many other things. But, it is very unlikely that getting significantly past 1850 (like stabilising 1900). But I am able to lower mvdd to 1300mV for the same timings and frequency; have not tried lower. (I am on micron)
