Peer panel disappears after swiping it down

Describe the problem

The panel with peers and routes disappears once you opened it (swipe up) and closed it (swipe down). Only way I found to get the panel back is kill the app and start it again. Disconnecting and reconnecting doesn't work. Leaving the app and open it again doesn't work. The app has to be killed completely.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Open App
Connect
Swipe up the peer and routing panel
Swipe down the peer and routing panel
(panel now disappears completely)

Expected behavior

I would expect the panel to be present like it was at the beginning so I can swipe it up again later if I want.
