Display connected peers for SSO peers without additional authentication #481

This is this request: netbirdio/netbird#4134 but on the dashboard side
Essentially I have users that ask me what peers they have access to and they also want to see whether the peers are online or not. They currently cannot do so unless given at least the auditor role which gives them permissions to see way too much information.
Describe the solution you'd like
A user can view the peers connected to their SSO peers and their online status.

Building a dashboard on the side that shows this
