Peer connection information like on ios

Does the android client also provide information about the connection to a peer like ios does? I am not able to find it. If it does not, this would be very helpful.

I tried to implement it myself. It works, but probably not up to standards. It required changes in netbird repository too. If I find the time, i try to make it better and submit as pr.
