"Backoff cycle failed: context cancelled" after successful SSO login

I believe there might be a bug introduced lately to the Android client which causes backoff cycle failed: context cancelled error if the user manually closes "successful SSO login page" popup. If the user just wait for the popup to be closed by the Netbird client, then error does not show up and everything's working as expected. Tested it multiple times on multiple Netbird self-hosted instances (both in v0.60.7 with Authentik as SSO).

Having suffered with exactly the same issue, I tried your fix of simply waiting for the confirmation dialogue to disappear. Previously, I had closed it manually since the text says "you can now close this window".

After waiting for Netbird to close the dialogue box, I've had zero issues with disconnecting between network changes.

I tried this, too. But for me this does not help. It might be that probability has changed, but I still from time to time lose the VPN connection without an automatically (successful) retry. Trigger seems to be:

• Leaving home wireless network
• Entering home wireless network
• Possibly also switching between router in my home WLAN mash - but this I'm not sure

Manually connect in case of error (Android informs we that VPN was lost) either leads to above error or to successfully connect. In case I get the error, connection will succeed the next retry (if connection is possible at all because of network availability)

Which information is required to further analyze (and solve) the problem?

@Framstag your issue sounds like some sort of "race condition" behind the scenes (which is similar to what's happening with the dialogue box right after SSO login). Hopefully someone from the dev team will find some time to address our problems, since both are probably caused by the same piece of the app.

A few days on from my last comment - I too am still experiencing some unexpected disconnects, but it is significantly less frequent than before. Some days it'll do it once or twice, some days it won't do it all. Much better than before but still not a total fix.

Hopefully someone from the dev team will find some time to address our problems, since both are probably caused by the same piece of the app.

Just a short note that my problems (connection loss during network change with above error message) still occur with the new v0.3.0 client.

And yes, the problem does not happen all the time. It seems like it even depends on the actual device type (A14 seems to have the problem less often than my Pixel8). So a race condition or a power management dependency could be a possible reason.
