segfault - ubuntu 16.04, openALPR 2.3, node 6.12.3 #26

ubuntu 16.04,
openALPR 2.3,
node 6.12.3
While the IdentifyLicense is working, there is a segmentation fault that occurs. I can't find an image it works with. My guess is that this wasn't tested for openALPR 2.3
