no F# example

Is it possible to get an F# sample ? GpuLinq seems to be the first library to provide high-order functions on the GPU which would be the ideal way to use F# in parallel.

If it takes too much time to implement the C# examples, something similar to the [LinqOptimizer](http://nessos.github.io/LinqOptimizer/) short sample would give us a foot in the door.
