Add "URL Proxy Table" with the "Access to the proxy" column

The "URL Proxy Table" table should be supplemented with a column showing "Access to the proxy" in real time.
Develop a script that should do Proxy polling and display the result in a table cell. See the pull request neonlabsorg#94.
There may be another solution to fix this issue.
