[Improve code]: hotfixブランチの自動main追従

hotfixブランチは常にmainに追従すべきである。

What it shoud become?

Github Actions Workflowを用いて、mainブランチのpush時にhotfixブランチもmainブランチのHEADに追従するようにしたい

本修正は 4fcc43c にて実施したが、実際のWorkflowは以下のように失敗した。

以下のworkflowは、本commitで追加された.github/workflows/onevent_auto_trace_main.yaml同等の処理の結果を示している

workflowの実行結果は以下で、現在はhotfixは直接pushできない設定になっている

Github Action上からの変更のみバイパスできないかを軽く調べたが、有益な情報は得られなかった。

現在のmainブランチはこのworkflowはrevertにより取り消している 01558fc

hotfixへのpushの権限を緩めることによる弊害も予想されるため、本件は解決策が見つかるまでは手動対応とする。
