2015 Eurobasket data

I am interested in the Eurobasket 2015 data and I was going over the shot chart data.  I think I am getting the variables' meaning but it would be helpful if there was some sort of documentation in particular for the coordinate system used and for the meaning of variable m (it seems that m=1 means shot missed, m=0 means shot made and m=2 means shot blocked).  Any pointers ?
