Add build instructions #4

Hi @nebarnix, thanks for the great app! It would be great if you could include build instructions for Windows (looking from the .pro file I think you build on Windows) and possibly Linux.
Currently the .pro file includes absolute and relative paths that are likely to be invalid when building on different systems. It would be good if a more portable way of detecting library and include paths is used.
