Add to Unraid Community Applications?

Just a question - if you can add 'cdl-docker' to the Unraid Community Applications?  I've had random problems trying to add containers here myself, but if you know of a way to add it so others can use it with Unraid, that would be great!  If not, no problem, and I'll keep poking at it.
