Prompt user to select title when multiple objects are found

In the case of a multi-object reply (ex. two objects with same ISSN or ISBN) prompt the user to choose the appropriate publication record before looking up license terms.

Multiple objects will be more of a problem once the Terms Tool works with title only searches, so this can probably wait until after title only searches are made functional.
