This specification is copyrighted by the authors named in section 4.1. It is free to use for any purposes commercial or non-commercial.

Please consider using a license, e.g. https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 which is broadly understood.

(Or https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/ though I'm not sure this is what you intend.)
