Hi, thanks for developing CombiSV. I have some samples sequenced by both ONT and pacbio (HiFi). I have called them with multiple callers and in order to taking the consensus calls I ran CombiSV. In the beginning I thought CombiSV takes variants overlapped across multiple callers but I noticed it reports some variants detected just by one caller or two callers. I tried to read the paper but unfortunately I could not get how exactly CombiSV works to get the consensus calls across multiple SV callers. I really appreciate if you could explain a bit or point me to a reference so I could understand a bit more. Thanks
