Supply a "combine" function for hamt-set-union and hamt-set-intersection #10
Description
hamt-set is used under the hood for hamt-map by storing (cons key value) as the item. A test function is part of the API so I can check only the car, but I don't have any means of combining the value part. Without this, I cannot see how I can do a practical union or intersection on maps.
