Can I use for my portfolio site? Not seeing a license info.

Hey, Out of all the scrolling plugins, this one is the easiest and best-performance plugins I've seen. Just curious if I'm able to use for personal and commercial use - nobody yet in mind but just asking ahead.

According the bower.json, the license is GPLv3:

I am going to submit a pull request to put a license file on this repo, though this project appears to be a bit stale since the last update 6 months ago to README.md says this project may be archived in the not too distant future. :(

Update: submitted pull request #64 for license file. I should have done this months ago when I actually created the branch...
