Titles truncated on news detail page

Description

When the page is narrow, some the title tags are getting truncated.

This behaviour should occur on the /news page so the tiled layout doesn't break when some titles are variable lines long, but it doesn't need to happen on the news article page since there is no tiled layout to worry about.

Motiviation

Have the full section titles readable when browsing the news on mobile.

Acceptance Criteria

• Shows the full section on smaller screens in the main article page
• The article title doesn't truncate on the paginated news page

Dependencies

This should be done after or in parallel to #265 and be run off the information provided by medium.
