Team name: NASA Harvest Machine Learning

Description: NASA Harvest is NASA's agriculture and food security program. Its machine learning team aims to:

1. Conduct fundamental machine learning research motivated by applications of remote sensing data
2. Enable and advance the adoption of ML methods using remote sensing data to benefit food security and agriculture

I think we should add some others to the team (can even change from Core Team > Team to make it more broad). I think the four on there now does not really sufficiently reflect who is working on it.
