Update for FMI version 3.0

https://fmi-standard.org/ has rolled out FMI 3.0 recently and I wanted to express interest in using Trick with FMI 3.0 compliant FMUs.

@sochsner1 - thanks for the heads up. As you can tell, I haven't been active in the TrickFMI for a while. However, I would really like to work on this again to support FMI 3.0. I looked at the FMI standard site and it looks like a number of the new capabilities in FMI 3.0 will work well with Trick. Should be a fun project. :-)
