New install of certware but elements raise exceptions.

Followed instructions at issue #13

Downloaded eplison 1.2 (Eclipse 4.4) from http://www.eclipse.org/epsilon/download/

added EEF from "Install Model Components"
added Graphiti 0.11.0

Opened certware perspective.

Intention Spec Project fails to create with:

STPA project fails with:

State specification project fails with:

Note same problem with Graphiti 0.11.1

Everything else seems working (or at least will create an artifact without raising exception).
