Imported structs as Structure: Cmd Arg Ref

Hi,
I am learning to use CCDD and having issue with importing C header files from cFS which include structures. All imported structure are stored in Structure tables, but not Structure: Cmd Arg Ref tables, which means I couldn't use them as referenced arguments in Command tables.
I tried to follow User Guide document, so please let me know if I'm doing anything wrong.

WARNING: I haven't thoroughly tested the procedure below. There may be some other changes that must be made.

You've done nothing incorrectly. The C header import command assumes that all of the structures it finds are just structures (versus command argument structures). CCDD doesn't have a way to differentiate the two when importing. However, under specific conditions it's possible to change individual structure tables to make them command argument structures. This involves manually altering the CCDD project database (it is strongly recommended that the project be backed up prior to making manual modifications!).
In order for the structure type change to work the table types for Structure and Structure: Command Arg Ref must be identical. That means all of the column definitions between the two types must match exactly and be in the same order. The default definitions for these table types created by CCDD are almost, but not quite, identical, so unless you've made modifications to the table types you can proceed with the steps below.
Note: You must have the PostgreSQL command line utility psql for the following steps.

1. Start CCDD and create a new project (into which the structures from the C headers will be imported).
2. Open the table type editor:
   Data | Manage table types
3. Select the Structure: Cmd Arg Ref type.
4. Insert a new row and create a column, Rate, with Input Type of Rate. The Description for this new column should be made to match that for the Structure table type's Rate column.
   With this addition the two table types should match.
5. Store the change to the table type.
6. Import the structures from the C headers.
7. Exit CCDD.
8. From the command line start psql:
   psql postgres
9. Display the list of project databases:
   \l
   (that's a lowercase L). Locate the name of the project to be altered. It should be the same as displayed in CCDD, but with uppercase letters changed to lowercase.
10. Connect to your project's database:
    \c project_name
    where project_name is the name of your project.
11. List the tables in the project:
    \dt+
    A list of all of the project tables is displayed. There are six columns: Schema, Name, Type, Owner, Size, and Description. The tables of the type Structure have table_name,Structure in the Description column, where table_name is the structure table name with capitalization preserved. The database name for the table is shown in the Name column.
12. To change a structure table to a command argument structure execute the following command:
    COMMENT ON TABLE db_table_name IS 'table_name,Structure: Cmd Arg Ref';
    where db_table_name is the database table name (from the Name column mentioned above) and table_name is the table name from the Description column. This must be done for each structure table you want to change to a command argument structure.
13. Once all changes have been made you can run the \dt+ command again (as in step 4); the Description column should reflect the changes.
14. Exit psql:
    \q
15. Start CCDD and open the project.
    16.Open the table type editor:
    Data | Manage table types
16. Select the Structure: Cmd Arg Ref type.
17. Delete the Rate column that was added previously (step 4).
18. Store the change to the table type.

If you select Data| Edit table(s) and select the Filter by type check box then the table tree should show the structure and command argument structures separately.
