Hi,
this repository has no licence. I'd like to expand the functionality to cover more of the Management API. Having no explicit licence, i am unsure of how advancements would be handled…

Code without an explicit license is protected by copyright and is by default All Rights Reserved. The person or people who wrote the code are protected as such. Any time you're using software you didn't write, licensing should be considered and abided.

Fixed with a GNU GPLv3 license - knock yourself out, and feel free to send a pull request if you successfully expand the functionality - I've been meaning to do it for a while, but I'd love to get more people contributing!
