Downloads progress bar does not move

When downloading an image using the FindImage "Find image" button, the progress bar in the Downloads window does not move. The nearby timer will count up until the download is complete and the image is displayed in the FIND window, but the progress bar remains blank and is labeled "0%".

I attempted to duplicate the behavior on my Windows 11 laptop, but I could not duplicate the problem. The progress bar behaved normally and the "%" indicator on the right-hand side of the bar counted up to 100%. I tested both Python 3.11 and Python 3.13 environments (astropy 7.1.0, ginga 5.4.0, matplotlib 3.10.6, qtbase 6.7.3, spot-nik 1.1.0.dev11+9d6b0a4d1). Both worked ok. We might need your help to investigate this some more.
