Visibility plot changes time range too early

When the visibility plot is set to "Night Center", the time range shown in the plot changes to the next night at midnight.

@emdailey, what time did you notice that? When I tried just now (at 15:00), switching to "Night Center" switched to the current (coming, correct) night.
