all-in-one parameter file

Is it possible to make a slight change so that one can put all input parameters in schedule.xlsx, programs.xlsx, and weights.xlsx in a single .xlsx file with three sheets named as them.  It would be even better if I can specify the name of the parameter file by a command line option (because Excel does not allow to open two files with the identical name).
