IOS Security: nativescript-test-unit-runner dependancy adds NSAllowArbitraryLoads

If you include this plugin in your app, it's dependancy on nativescript-test-unit-runner package in turn forces NSAllowArbitraryLoads to be merged into your app's Info.plist, defeating your SSL security.

I can't see any reason that nativescript-test-unit-runner should not be a dev dependancy.
