"Failed to send developer request" issue

Got this issue when I tried to recover Sideloader, I forgot to refresh it

Nothing helps: VPN, TUN and etc. Even altserver is not working.

1. Reboot your computer.

我尝试更换各种网络环境解决了这个问题,我是一个在中国的学生,我的建议是,不要使用学校提供的免费网络,包括您在宿舍付费购买的宽带(中国移动,中国电信,中国联通,中国广电),打开你自己的手机,打开流量共享,电脑连接你的手机热点,用手机热点去向苹果发送请求,这样应该能解决问题,至少我用这个方法成功了,你可以试试,还是不行的话换室友的电脑搞.

If you go to https://developerservices2.apple.com/ and it shows anything other than "Your session has expired. Please log in." you will not be able to use iloader on your network. You could try a VPN/proxy, using a different network, etc, but this is not an iloader issue.

If you do see "Your session has expired. Please log in," the issue lies elsewhere, I haven't determined exactly what causes this yet.

最后，我安装成功了。在ipad上打开了vpn，就安装成功了。关闭vpn就失败。不知道具体原因是啥。
