Hi Team !
Thank you very much for all the work !
I'm new to using Mzmine with other people from my group, and we are unsure about the file conversion part in the doc. We first tried to use the Labsolution converter from .lcd to .mzml but a colleague told us that it is best to use indexed mzml files which require MSConvert. I dowloaded MSConvert but then saw that Mzmine can use the MSConvert directly. However, I'm a bit puzzled about how this works... since the top drag & drop covers .lcd files, are they converted in mzml files? indexed mzml files? something else? And what's the importance of indexed vs non-indexed files to data processing?
I tried to look into the documentation but couldn't find an answer or could have missed it.
Could you please help us with this? Thank you have a great day !
