Don't know how to perform normalization using internal standard

Hello, dear mzmine3 developers,
This is a good software.

issue 1: How to set information of standard compounds (normalization)?
I set the same ID (the only one ID in the feature list) for range input, and the corresponding RT range, m/z range
When I click "ok", it shows "No internal standard features selected".

issue 2: What are numbers for "m/z vs RT balance"?

Issue 3: I sent email to info@mzio.io for confirming of my account information but received nothing yet.

I also have this problem. Infact I also have one additional question.
In aligned feature I have sample which are detected with controls. How do I get rid of m/z or ID which have control on it.
