Nicer handling for heartbeat errors in hexanode #258
Description
If mySmartGrid is not reachable from the rasbpi the error message in hexanode should be something simple like 'Unablle to contact mySmartGrid. Check your internet connection.' instead of the the full error message with all technical details.
The contact support button should open a precomposed email containing the error messages.
