[Performance] Reduce binary size and memory usage

Currently, the binary is large (50MB), and memory usage is also large (60MB on a machine with 64GB RAM). Try to reduce both the binary size and memory usage.

Possible memory leaks: keep switching settings and about pages leads to continuously increasing memory consumption.

Windows App SDK 1.3 significantly reduces the final binary size from 30MB+ to 13MB.
