Thank you for the opportunity to use such a useful software.
I have a few questions:
- Could you please advise which parameters should be used for calculations with DNA, if such analysis is possible at all?
- What is the default temperature used in the calculations? Is it possible to change the temperature? I did not see any arguments that would allow this.
