Release

I see no release here:

http://github.com/mwh/kernan/releases

However it appears at least one release is available, example:

• http://ecs.vuw.ac.nz/~mwh/kernan.zip
• http://ecs.vuw.ac.nz/~mwh/Grace.dmg

can this be reupped to GitHub, or at least linked to in the README?

There have been no releases. Those special-purpose archives are probably unusable by now.
