No download for ~CODE files - green button?

We cannot find the green download files link - as described here in text copy. (To get the notebooks and data files for the course, click on the green 'Code' button above. You will see a pop-up window with a button 'Download ZIP'. Click on it. )

Please help. This is for use with co cal

I am a complete novice and following the open university course.
