User is not warned when starting an experiment while experiment save directory is not set.

Data is never lost as a result of this - so I’m going to remove the bug flag. Trying to think of a good way to implement this. Could have a beginning experiment notification that goes out and the db module could listen for it. If not setup, throw a warning. This wouldn’t stop experiment though.
