Problem With SWFT on myetpwallet

I have a problem with myetpwallet 0.10.10, the SWFT module don't work, i have a message : SWFT.UNABLE_CONNECT_SWFT

What is the problem ?

You need to download the swft app, swap other crypto currencies for ETP, and copy your etp receiving address which in your MyETPWallet to the SWFT form
