i cloned an empty github repo, then did ddev config in bash terminal. Now when i run ddev start i get this error:

I tried updating my windows and my docker desktop. Still no solution. Anyone foound the problem for windows?

You need to upgrade your mutagen to current. You have upgraded your Docker and not your mutagen.
