Option to Set Active Power Rate

request: The ability to set the inverter's Active Power Rate to any value between 0 and 100% to limit power generation during periods of negative energy prices.
Currently this can only be done through the inverter dashboard on the Growatt site.

And to turn off the inverter, if needed.
