feat: enrich outreach task descriptions with bot-executable specs

Summary

Update all 16 outreach/awesome-list task descriptions in Linear with fully bot-executable specs. These specs should contain enough detail for nanobot/openclaw/ironclaw to execute in batch.

Tasks to enrich

Outreach emails (7 tasks: MAR2-68 through MAR2-74)

Each should include:

• Target article URL (verified still active)
• Contact method (email, form, Twitter)
• Personalized email template with article-specific bullet points
• Ready-to-use blurb matching the article format
• Follow-up email template (5 business days)
• Success criteria checklist

Awesome-list PRs (9 tasks: MAR2-83 through MAR2-91)

Each should include:

• Target repo URL and star count
• Exact section to add to
• Exact markdown line matching the repo format
• PR/Issue title and body template
• Contribution guidelines link
• Submission method (PR vs Issue)
• Success criteria checklist

Purpose

These enriched specs allow batch execution via autonomous agents. Each task becomes a self-contained unit of work that can be picked up and completed without additional context.

Acceptance criteria

• All 7 outreach tasks have real contact info and email templates
• All 9 awesome-list tasks have exact entry format and submission steps
• Each task has a success criteria checklist
• All article/repo URLs verified as active
