[code-infra] Integration test with published previews

Set up an integration test that runs on Node.js Maintenance LTS (v20 at the time of writing). The test should:

• Run after the preview packages have been published pkg.pr.new
• Run the build command for a vite application and/or a Next.js application where the pages contain a minimal application that is representative for the library under test.
• Fail when the build fails
