feat: Command console improvements

Feat:
- [ ] Pressing `Esc` when command suggestions are showing should dismiss them
- [ ] Pressing the up arrow key should bring up the last executed command

Fix:
- [ ] When navigating through command suggestions with tab, the item only gets properly highlighted on windows
